Custom Reporting
Most EAM packages fall short in the area of reporting and analysis. EAM packages commonly provide “Canned” reports or "Ad-Hoc" reporting tools. Users requiring additional reports are encouraged to use commercial report writers. The problems most of our clients have encountered when approaching report writing include:

• lack of familiarity with EAM database structure
• lack of time to learn report writing software
• lack of understanding of SQL databases
